Lotus Self Defense has been in Spokane since 1975, making it one of the oldest active martial art schools in Eastern Washington. Offering a traditional martial art, (Lotus Style) ,
Filipino Combative Arts (Arnis), Muay Thai and Thai Cardio-kickboxing.

Lotus Self Defense Academy provides family-oriented programs and excellent facilities, whether you're just starting or continuing your training. Located in downtown Spokane at the historic "State Armory", we have beautiful facilities, including two training studios, a 2,000 sq. ft. matted training area, a 1,600 sq. ft. hardwood training studio with mirrors, a weight room, separate changing rooms, and a spectator viewing area for parents and guests.
